Carribean Cole Slaw

Ingredients

  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dry jerk seasoning

Directions

  1. Combine the cabbage, carrots and nuts in a large bowl; set aside. Mix together the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, and seasoning. Spoon over cabbage mixture and toss well. Cover and chill before serving.
