Cottage Cheese and Sun-Dried Tomato Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cream-style cottage cheese
  • 1 green onion; chopped
  • 1/4 cup green pepper; finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp oil packed tomatoes; chopped fine
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil or 2 tsp dried basil
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender; process until smooth, stopping once to scrape sides.
  2. Serve with green, red and yellow pepper squares or other fresh veggies such as celery or carrot sticks.
