Five Fruit Salad

Makes 4 (3/4 cup) servings


  • 1 cup seedless grapes
  • 1/2 cup orange, peeled, sliced, and quartered
  • 1/2 cup cantaloupe, cubed
  • 1/2 cup banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate
  • 1 tsp. lime juice
  • 2 tsps. chopped mint leaves
  • 1/4 tsp. grated lime peel


  1. Mix all ingredients in medium bowl and serve.

    Nutrition Information Per Serving:
    101 calories, 1.4 g protein, .5 g fat, 3% calories from fat, 25.2 g carbohydrate, 0 mg cholesterol, 1.7 g fiber, 4 mg sodium
