Makes 2 foccacia


    Dough Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast

    Topping Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 2 teaspoons chopped garlic, divided
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, divided
  • 1/2 cup chopped black olives, divided


  1. Prepare dough in your Automatic Breadmaker using the Dough Setting. When the unit signals and the cycle is completed, remove dough. Divide dough in half. Press into two, 12-inch pizza pans.
  2. Coat each dough with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Top each dough with remaining ingredients dividing quantities equally between doughs. Bake at 450F., for 10-15 minutes. Slice into wedges and serve.
