Horseradish Sauce

“Yield: 1/4 pint – Difficulty Level: 2


  • 4 tbsp grated horseradish
  • 1 tsp caster sugar (fine-granulated sugar)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp English mustard (can substitute Dijon)
  • 4 tbsp single cream (light cream)


  1. Mix all in a bowl and serve. Add more horseradish for a hotter sauce.
