Irish Oatcakes

  • 3/4 cup oatmeal (preferably fine)
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1-1/4 cup warm water


  1. Mix flour and salt together. Slowly add warm water. Roll out onto a floured board to 1/4-inch thick. Cut into triangles.
  2. Cook on a non-stick pan or griddle until golden on both sides. Dry out in a 300F oven until crisp.
