Mustard New Potatoes

Serves 4


  • 12 small red new potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons mustard seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder


  1. In large saucepan, cover potatoes with water. Bring to a boil; cook until potatoes are tender (10 to 15 minutes). Drain. Melt butter in large skillet, stir in mustard seed and curry powder. Add potatoes to skillet, toss 2-3 minutes, until potatoes are well coated.
