Ingredients

  • 1 (8 1/2-oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 (7-oz.) can Green Giant® Niblets® Golden Sweet Corn
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 F. Line 8 muffin cups with paper baking cups and spray paper cups with nonstick cooking spray, or spray muffin pan cups.
  2. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon about 1/4 cup batter into each sprayed paper-lined muffin cup.
  3. Bake at 400 F. for 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm.
