Ingredients

  • 5-6 medium carrots
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

  1. Peel and wash the carrots, then grate. When ready to serve, add the salt, oil, and juice. Toss well and serve at once.
