Frozen Banana-Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 cups plain non-fat yogurt
- 1 cup frozen, unsweetened strawberries

Directions
- Peel bananas, cut into quarters, and wrap in plastic wrap. Freeze for at least 3 hours (and up to 3 days), or until firm
- Place yogurt in the freezer for about 1 hour, or until very well chilled and starting to firm up a bit. Do not freeze solid.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the bananas, yogurt and strawberries. Blend until smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve at once.
