Lime Vinaigrette:
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp. grated lime peel
- 1-1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
