Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh green beans, cut into 1/4" pieces
  • 1 small red bell pepper, seeded, chopped
  • 1 small yellow bell pepper, seeded, chopped
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Directions

  1. Trim and wash green beans, then blanch in boiling water for about 2 minutes.
  2. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. In a large bowl, combine sesame seeds, sesame oil, and chopped pepper. Toss well with drained green beans.
  4. Transfer everything to a serving plate and serve.
