Spicy Tomato Bouillon

Makes: 3 cups (3 servings)


  • 1-3/4 cups tomato juice
  • One (10-3/4 ounce) can condensed beef broth
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a medium saucepan.
  2. Simmer for approximately 10 minutes. Serve hot.
